Developed with letting agents in mind, our range of Rent and Legal Protection is available without any red tape and can be applied to all types of lets, including those involving foreign tenants, companies, and individuals in receipt of low/zero income. The only stipulation is that all tenants and guarantors (if applicable) must undergo and pass our Full Tenant Reference procedure.

Legal 6
Legal Protection for 6 months which comes with the following benefits:
- Available for up to one month less a day after the tenancy start date without any special terms and conditions being applied.
- Covers legal expenses authorised/incurred by Diligent, including court costs to obtain vacant possession following non-payment of rent.
- Available for tenancies commencing up to two months in the future.
- Available where the approved tenancy term is between 1 - 6 months.
- Protection for up to 6 months and can easily be renewed.

Legal 12
Legal Protection for 12 months which comes with the following benefits:
- Available for up to one month less a day after the tenancy start date without any special terms and conditions being applied.
- Covers legal expenses authorised/incurred by Diligent, including court costs to obtain vacant possession following non-payment of rent.
- Available for tenancies commencing up to two months in the future.
- Available where the approved tenancy term is greater than 6 months.
- Protection for up to 12 months and can easily be renewed..

- Nil excess and covers up to 6 months of rental payments
- Covers up to £3,000 per month should the tenancy fall into arrears.
- Covers legal expenses authorised/incurred by Diligent, including court costs to obtain vacant possession following non-payment of rent.
- Covers the cost of the change of locks for up to £250 where bailiffs are required to evict the tenant.
- Available where the approved tenancy term is up to 6 months.
- Can be purchased up to one month less a day after the tenancy start date without any special terms and conditions being applied.
- Available for tenancies commencing up to two months in the future.
